SHIPPING POLICIES
General shipping policy: We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as military APO / FPO addresses. However, we currently do not ship to international addresses. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from date of order receipt.Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. (CST) will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. We use a flat rate shipping fee. On occassion, the shipping fee may be more than what is charged. In those instances, your credit card will be charged the difference in what it costs us to ship your product. Louisiana Cajun Stuff is not responsible for delays in shipping the product or in return of refunds due to work delays, weather delays, product shortage, acts of God, strikes, or other events beyond its control.
Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to international addresses.

Sales Tax: Your online Louisiana Cajun Stuff purchase may include a sales tax as required by law. Sales tax is only charged on items shipped to, delivered to or picked up in states where we have physical store locations. The sales tax amount reflects the applicable state and local rate.
RETURN POLICIES
Damaged/ Defective Products: All damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. Please have the following information available: 1. Order number 2. Item number 3. Tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail 4. E-mail address...Louisiana Cajun Stuff will replace damaged or defective item(s) and cover the cost of shipping. If shipment is noticeably damaged, please refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately.
Incorrect Items: If, for any reason, we ship you the incorrect item(s) please contact us immediately and we will get the correct item(s) out to you. Please follow the general return policy if you are shipped an incorrect item(s).
Packing and sending returns: If you do need to return a damaged or incorrect product, the packing slip included in your package contains detailed instructions. When returning a product, please do the following: 1. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging. 2. Include the packing list for the item(s) being returned. If you cannot find the packing list, include all four of the following components: billing name, order number, billing address, returned product(s). 3. Creating an account: For customers new to Louisiana Cajun Stuff, we will need you to create an account that includes the following personal information: Name,E-mail address, Credit card billing address, and Shipping address.
Updating account information: If at anytime you need to update your account information, log-in to your account and update your information.
