General shipping policy: We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as military APO / FPO addresses. However, we currently do not ship to international addresses. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from date of order receipt.Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. (CST) will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. We use a flat rate shipping fee. On occassion, the shipping fee may be more than what is charged. In those instances, your credit card will be charged the difference in what it costs us to ship your product. Louisiana Cajun Stuff is not responsible for delays in shipping the product or in return of refunds due to work delays, weather delays, product shortage, acts of God, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

Packing and sending returns: If you do need to return a damaged or incorrect product, the packing slip included in your package contains detailed instructions.
